We checked in... went downtown for lunch. Came back and discovered ants in my parents room. So out of curiosity, I started looking around both our rooms. My room had larvae coming out of the bedspring.
I contacted the manager immeditately. They can down and looked, saw them too. Offered to move us to different rooms. We accepted. One minute later, they called and said we should really look at staying somewhere else. They didnt want "our type" there. The entire time, the female manager was muttering.. "who looks at the mattresses". Well, I do. So my entire family.. two rooms... left the city of Dallas altogether.
Room Tip: Check your beds! Especially around the stitching!

With that said, upon receiving your complaint, we immediately contacted a highly reputable third party inspection service to conduct a thorough examination. As a result, no bed bugs were found.
We apologize you were unsatisfied and at that time, we made every attempt to offer you alternate accomodations within the property or refund charges for the time of your stay. However, you declined both options and we respect your decision.
