I travel every week and stay in hotels over 80 days a year. For the last few years I stayed at the big chains but this year I am on a boutique hotel tour.

Zaza by far has been the best. Very upscale, luxurious without a huge price tag. Location is prime - within walking distance of the restaurant and bar scene on McKinney Ave. The rooms are spacious and the service was fantastic. The Dragonfly restaurant and bar has a fashionable crowd and it is great to just hang out. I used the 24 hour room service and the food was fast, hot and very good. I will definately be back.

From the perfect downtown location...to the staff...to the rooms...to the service...we loved everything about HotelZaZa in Dallas!
The architecture and design in the lobby dictate that this is not your typical hotel. Very luxurious and inviting. The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful.
Loved the well appointed rooms. Everything that you need is there with comfortable beds...
A nice touch....each floor has a morning beverage station for fresh hot coffee or tea. It was so nice not to have to make average coffee in the room or pay high prices for a pot of room service coffee. They think of everything.....
In the lobby....delicious iced tea was available throughout the day.

The location was in a perfect tony spot in Dallas. Many great restaurants are walking distance.
I would highly recommend Hotel ZaZa to business or leisure travelers in Dallas. Here's hoping more of these "perfetc" boutique hotels open in other cities across the country.

The Zaza is one of the country's best boutique hotels because of its luxurious style and service. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your every need both great and small.
The ZaSpa is a wonderful bonus to this quaint spot.
I travel to Dallas at least every other month for business and a few times in between for play. Zaza is always my pick.

Spent one night in the Red Shoe Suite. Upon arriving..valet are eager and welcoming. The lobby and pool areas are beautiful. All help associated with the hotel are pleasant and helpful. Special shouts out to the Bartender in the pool area.
Decor is plush and opulent. Very impressed with this hotel. The Red Shoe Suite was beautiful and was stocked with everything to make our stay a memorable occasion.
Maybe a little pricey but they have other rooms available. This was a great stay and when in Dallas I will stay here again.
