When this hotel says to enter the latitude and longitude into your GPS system they really mean it. It is difficult to locate but nice once you find it. The first room we were offered was a large accessible room but the air conditioning was not working and the room temperature was 88 degrees. We complained and were moved to a smaller (still accessible) room that was nicely cool. The accessible features in this room were more than satisfactory with adequate turning room in both the bed and bath rooms. The provided breakfast was fine with the waffles in the shape of Texas which the kids enjoyed.

Rooms were neat, clean, and large. Did not hear outside noise during the night. Staff was friendly. Had a manager special from 5 to 7 which was enjoyable. Not near the traffic problems going into downtown Dallas as other directions. Felt safe in area.

I am just writing in to tell how much I loved the New Comfort Suites on the West side of Dallas. I was just in for the weekend and had a blast. This hotel had great hot breakfast, large rooms, with all the goodies, Big TV, Fridge, Microwave and everything. Right off of I30 and cose to every thing

I will be staying here again this summer to enjoy their nice pool, and super hot hottub.
