Great hotel right at the airport. Arrived in Terminal D, so it was a short walk. Check-in was quick, room was clean and well appointed. If you are looking for a convenient hotel to DFW, this would be a great option.

I have stayed at this property several times and always have a excellent experience. The rooms are big clean and comfortable. The food is fantastic room service, banquets and the restaurant! The staff is top notch a real pleasure to deal with!

This may be the best non-resort Hyatt in which I have stayed. It is clear that the management is involved - all staff are quite helpful and also intuitive (not scripted like the Ritz - their interactions with you are smooth and natural).

Only suggestion - it is best to get to the hotel from inside the airport before leaving security - it is a simple trip on the SkyTrain. If you have to go outside, you have to find a shuttle bus and if it is later than 9 pm, those buses are very hard to find. So if you can avoid checking luggage, stay inside security.

We stayed there twice in January. Travelling on points with AA from Montreal to Puerto-Vallarta, you had to be flexible. So we had an overnight on our way there and also coming back. You can't beat the location, right inside terminal D. For both stays our room was the same. The bed is confortable, the bathroom is great. Separate shower and bathtub. The amenities are also great. My best features are the blind and the shades that rolls up automaticaly when you enter the room. Also the "pad" by the bedsides that control all the lights, the room temperature and the blinds, all by the touch of a sensor!!! AMAZING !!
