My mom and I stayed at the hotel for a Dolly Parton concert. Our room was roomy and clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Miles, our shuttle driver, was great! He was really friendly and helpful. We had a great time!!

We booked this hotel through friend's recommendation. We had 4 rooms.They gave us boardroomforour personal use which alsohas business center. Great breakfast and shuttle service was awsome. We wereoffered water bottle right after we were picked up from lovefield airport.
Go Ramada !!! Coming back for sure!!!

Hotel has a dark, rather depressing feel to it... especially the lobby and the hallways and area surrounding the hotel. Rooms was fine, tho, and the bed was quite comfortable. I arrived at 1:30PM but the receptionist made me wait until 3PM to check-in. :(

I waited in my car chowing down on Jack-in-the-Box and did noticed that the receptionist checked other peeps into the hotel before 3PM.

Htl offers Texas shaped waffles which I found to be the only real redeeming value of the property... rest of bkfst offering was quite bland. I thought the fruits on offer... the apples and bananas were quite tired.

I felt that at $69 per night regular rate was overpriced (I paid $48/nite because of a discount offered on 3 nites)... $35.00 per night would have been just perfect.

I like this hotel because they have clean rooms and the customer service is great. They do have few problems, but which hotel doesn't problems. I travel to dallas every two months and i havent had any problems with the shuttle or the staff. I would recommend this hotel to all the people that travel for business or family reasons.
