I am a long term guest at the hotel and started my stay 2 years ago. Everyone who works at the hotel has been very friendly and attentive to my needs. The hotel is a bit older than some but remodeling is going on and the new look is quite impressive from what I've seen so far. The great thing about staying here is that this is a full service hotel, with all the amenities not just a motel (pool,restaurant,sports bar,room service,covered parking garage,laundry facilities,airport shuttle,etc.) The food is great and the price is right, some places overcharge just because they are a hotel. When I look at what all I'm getting for my money it is without a doubt a great deal.

This location is great if you need to be anywhere near the Market Center area of Dallas, or even Downtown (5 mins away). The hotel itself is older, and looks like at one time was pretty nice. However, it could use some renovations. The room we had was very clean and i had no problem with it at all. The hotel could stand to paint and upgrade the bedding.

If could rate this a zero we would. We are not complainers but this hotel is dirty and smells moldy and smokey. Rooms were not clean, dead roaches in closets and under the bed along with dirty drinking cups under bed. Rooms were not cleaned of restocked daily. There are no refrigerators in the rooms as advertised. Food was cold at each meal that we ate in the resturants. Paid too much since $1.00 would have been too much for this experience. If hadn't been here for a group function would have left after seeing the room. Friends said shower in their room didn't work at all the entire weekend. Will never stay here again.

We stayed in a honeymoon suite for our anniversary. The suite had a large whirlpool, jetted tub with a polished marble floor, candles, mini soundsystem, and a place for breakfast. Management delivered champagne to our suite as well as chocolates. The bar was cozy and the bartender and patrons were all friendly!
