I made a reservation at 6 pm on Wed the 8th. I called at 7 pm to cancel because someone had asked us to stay with them. So when I called to cancel I was told I had to cancel by 4 pm or my card would be charged. I DID NOT MAKE THE DANG RESERVATION UNTIL 6PM How is it possible to be charged for not cancelling by a time that was NOT RELATIVE before you make the reservation. GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ANyone else think this is not the mostinsane thing you have heard ?????

I definitely would return to this hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a very long time. The bathroom was large and the shower pressure was awesome. Some of the fixtures/carpeting in the room was a little outdated but I don't care about that stuff - for the price of this room it was an excellent hotel. It was extremely comfortable.

We couldn't wait to leave this hotel - unfortunately, due to the location there weren't many alternatives. Although the staff at the front desk were very nice and there was free wi-fi, there isn't anything else that we could rate as positive. Our sons were moved from their room due to ants in one of the beds and we consistently walked around in our shoes due to very large bugs that we saw on several occasions. The shower curtain was stained, the outside hallway smelled of stale smoke. I guess there was one additional positive - it gave us a true appreciation of home!

Not the cleanest motel of choice by far.
