We spent two nights at this Motel 8, and enjoyed our stay. We were on the back side, so did not even have "street noise". It was quiet, peaceful, and clean. The rates were within our fixed income range. There was no pool, but we would not have used it anyway. Our time was spent with our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. This motel is close to them, so finding it was a plus as it is out of the major Nashville traffic.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the room was arranged to be very convenient.

If I had any complaint, it would be the "one cup at a time" coffee maker. I prefer the little 4-cup coffee makers. Not a problem. Next time I will take my own little coffee maker that I am used to.

I have stayed at motels where the air conditioners were totally inadequate. The air conditioner in our room was great, and not too noisy.

Overall, this is a motel that we would return to when in that area again.

Stayed over and the place was robbed. No security. Little Girl at front desk has to work by herself. She has to buzz in customers to rent rooms, well the person you buzz in robs you. 6th hotel robbery this week! in area. NAshville needs to clean up. I say stay out of area.

I just stayed at the Super 8 Whites Creek/Nashville for 1 night in June 2007. I used my reward points so my stay was free (always a bonus!!). The hotel is super easy to find, right off of the major freeway. You're about 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, an easy drive on the major freeways. The lobby is clean and the staff were pleasant. I was given the room of my preference, first floor facing the front of the hotel. There are a few restaurants and gas stations surrounding the hotel. My room was very clean, including the bathroom. Parking was free and plentiful, right outside of the rooms. I encountered no major problems at all during my stay. Things you may want to know about are that there is no pool and no business center for checking email. Also, the breakfast was minimal with just a few leftover bagels. I didn't even bother and just headed out to find something more substantial. It seemed like a lot of truckers may use the hotel, and not many families or young couples. The area looked fairly safe, but there would be nowhere to go to walk around at night anyways. My windows didn't open, which always bothers me. So if you want something extremely cheap (I think rates were less than $50 if you were paying) and clean, this is a good choice.
