The "Treehouse by the River", through AACabins.com
Cabin says it sleeps 18.
Our experience with the cabin was ok but several issues with the cabin. Don't believe the website.
Missing Remotes, darts, cuesticks for pool table (bad), not enough chairs around the kitchen table to sit on.
We had to bring in endtables from outside for the kitchen table.
Had a card table in the game room, but only 1 chair that was correct for the table.
Gas grill looked like it would blow up due to rust on the coils.
Picnic table in bad shape.
Level 3 fireplace did not work.
Pull out couches were in bad shape, not enough bedding for everyone to use. Good thing we brought additional blankets. People had to sleep on the floor or on top of the couches.
Hottub describes a 8 man hottub, lucky if it seats 6 comfortably, Missing boards on the deck, dangerous for little ones. They can go thru and fall 2 stories off the deck, and loose boards on top rails. We took one off completely cause it just lifted right off. The building is in rough shape.
To start it all off, we had no gas the first night, but we stayed there anyway vs. going to two seperate properties and packing up and going back to the house the next day, and they offered us an additional night free onto our trip, no credit, when you have to be back to work ,school, etc.
Oh an be careful when driving into this property, my brother has to have body work done, due to the bad drainage issue on the driveway. It is very washed.
Advertise 36 rocking chairs, not even close to 20 on the property.
I am sure some have been broken, but need to update website then.
