I have to say I was not impressed. The rooms were not outstanding, the indoor pool was alright, but the outdoor pool had some serious issues with the liner, the slide, and was just not what we would have expected for the price. The location was one of the perks of this place as it is conveniently located to the outlet malls, restaurants, and many entertainment venues. I think the rooms could definitely use a remodeling or the prices need to be lowered to really feel like you're getting any kind of value.

Rooms very nice. Clean, beautifully decorated. Good breakfast bar. Just of the main road and away from the noise.

In need of a large room for a family holiday gathering and not wanting to risk bad weather in a mountain chalet, we booked the only large suite we could find. Individual families had their own rooms and we had the 1 bedroom-2 bath Suite that turned out to be perfect. We had booked the adjoining Double-Queen but were told it was booked when we arrived. They gave us the same room across the hall but it wasn't what we wanted. Not sure why they didn't put them in another room as we virtually had the hotel to ourselves thru the Holiday weekend. The Inn is very conveniently located, on flat ground, to restaurants/outlets.

The hot breakast is typical of hotel breakfasts....just so-so. Employees generally friendly and helpful. The regular rooms were typical for Pigeon Forge area and nothing to write home about. The best surprise was the beautiful 10' Christmas tree in the Penthouse so I didn't have put up the 3' one I drag around with us! Full Kitchen w/ pots/pans/dishes/silverware but NO glasses other than plastic! Well, actually, there were 3 mis-matched stemware that were probably from the Convention Center across the street. The front desk said they didn't provide those so we bought some and left 6 for the next people. I hope they are still there!
