We've stayed at this hotel several times over the past year, but have finally had it with the rudeness of the staff that work the front desk. The final straw was when they charged our credit card twice (for one stay - on the same date!) and refused to remove it! Even spoke with the hotel manager by phone and he was not willing to do anything. We've had to get our credit card company (who substantiated our claim) involved to try and resolve the matter. Because of the decent price and location, we had been willing to put up with the uncomfortableness of dealing with front desk and some cleanliness issues, but not anymore. Good points there include free covered parking and the gentleman that drives the shuttle on weekend nights. He was always helpful and we appreciated his professionalism.

This hotel is fine - nothing more, nothing less. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, though the AC unit in my room was leaking water all over the floor by the window, which was a bit gross. The wireless in the lobby was patchy at best, and in general the place was nothing special. However, the breakfast spread looked excellent - I think you could get eggs made to order. The shuttle is very convenient, and they will drive you to the medical campus or wherever you want to eat in the evening. For the price, this place was exactly in the location I needed and was worth it.

I stayed here for the second time in June 2011. I was in Nashville for the cma music fest . The shuttle from the hotel to downtown was very convienient. All the drivers are so friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean and without a doubt, made up every day for when we got back to our room.
Breakfast was great t which was included in the price. I don't like having to find a breakfast place in the morning.
Front desk staff, housekeepers all very friendly.

Had no hot water and was told it was because everyone was checking out at the same time. Not our first time at a big hotel, but it was our first for no hot water. We had to wait hours to get hot water. This place it not worth $139 a night.
