Stayed in the tent here $34 per night for powered bush camping site - really lovely setting overhung by ti trees 50m from the beach. The park is very large and has a combination of bush sites, lawned sites and cabins. It is situated at the rivermouth so you can walk to the ocean beach or the river beach for the kids. It is also a short walk from the pub and shops. The park has a great pool, jumping pillow, playground, camp kitchen, toddlers playroom, BBQs, TV room, wireless internet (fee), spa (fee), secure entry. The BBQ areas could use a bin and a tap however - we had to pinch a scourer from the camp kitchen and clean the BBQ with bottled water.
The service is fantastic - we initially couldn't find our power box so went back to the office to get directions, then we discovered our extension lead wasn't long enough - no problem to change sites.
