Booked O55 package here in May this year - a four night/day activity holiday. Finding the hotel was slightly difficult but the welcome was 100% from Rachael and Leona in Reception, Ronan in the bar and Aine and Laura in the dining room. Rooms were spacious, plenty of parking spaces; food was excellent and the entertainment laid on was enjoyable. Here was a staff who were friendly and helpful every day. Thank you to you all for making this break for us and the other O55's, who joined us. Will definitely be back! A minor criticism was the sleets on the bed. Hot!!

just back from spa break with work collegues Do not be mislaid by the front of hotel as it has a very large extension to the rear of building. Checked into hotel to be met by very friendly staff. Room excellent bed very soft and bathroom spotless. Buffet breakfast was hot and plentiful. We had a deal which included a spa treatment and an evening meal. The meal was excellent and we were able to select from the main menu. The spa experience is one not to be missed. I would recommend this hotel as one of the best I have ever stayed in and I will be back for another spa treatment asap.

Wat a great Hotel. The rooms are beautiful very clean, comfortable and so Cosy. The bed was really comfortable - wat a great nights sleep. The bathrooms a spotless. The food was first class. Cud not complain or find any fault wit this hotel. Very impressed. The location is right in da middle of town. Wud recommend it 2 anyone.

Stayed for a weekend break. The hotel is in town centre but has good parking. The room was large and modern. Breakfast was good and evening meal was first class. Have entertainment in main bar on Friday and Saturday evenings. The hotel is used as a wedding venue which meant Saturday night was very noisy to around three in the morning caused by a small number of the wedding guests.
