It was an all right hotel. It served it's purpose, however, it is extremely outdated. Apparently they are starting renovations in December of 2011 and we stayed there in November of 2011. Would I stay there again? No I think if I am in the area I will stay somewhere else as. If I was staying long term I may stay there, but we just stayed for one night and felt the room was rather cramped. The term suite, was used very lightly. I will say though, the bed was extremely comfortable.

This is a typical Candlewood Suites Hotel, which is why I love to stay at Candlewood Suites! The staff is all very friendly and competent.

We stayed at the Candlewood Suites for 15 days when we relocated to Knoxville. The staff was amazing! They took care of our every need and were friendly, professional and courteous. No matter what assistance we needed, they let us know they were there to help.
The suite was smaller in size than what it appears on the website. However, it was clean and convenient to the outside door. We had moved in quite a lot of things because of our relocating, and it was nice to be near the side door of the parking lot.
This facility is clean and well maintained. But, the staff are to be recognized for their stellar customer service!!
