I found this hotel disappointing. Very poor internet as it booted me every 60 seconds. Almost impossible to get work done. Evening desk clerk was less than friendly. In the morning I checked out at 6:14 a.m. and when I went near the breakfast was told it wasnt available until 6:30 a.m. Considering the attitudes, I didn't want to eat it anyway, so I grabbed a cup of coffee and left. Room rate with AARP was $69.99 plus tax. Not a good value.

I do not recommend this hotel and I do not recommend Kingston Springs. The other hotels are not likely to be good either. Stay in Dickson, TN. I am on the road every week and this is not where you want to be.

Nice, clean rooms. Outside needs updated. I forgot my toothbrush and they charged me $1.00 and half the bristles fell out when I used it. You get what you pay for but I rated this above average

This is a good value for the money. The T.V. worked with no problems. The wireless internet was excellent!!! Room was clean. The manager made me a waffle in the morning for breakfast! I stayed there on business.

This Best Western affiliate is not what I really expect from them. The one & only ice machine was out of order & looked like it had been for some time. The restroom in the lobby at the breakfast area was out of order. The breakfast was very sparse and the desk person stood and watched all the time we were eating. Creepy!
