My son and I were driving from Charlotte to Phoenix and needed a place to stay after our first day on the road. We were looking for clean and comfortable and we got it, plus much more. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, well furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were treated to a hot breakfast the next morning at 6:00 that was included in the reasonable room price.I don't know that I'll ever be through Jackson Tennessee again, but if I do, I know exactly where I'm going to stay.

I read the review before staying here, was kinda nervous, but after looking at the room we decided to stay here. The staff was great we looked at the room before we took it. It was clean and very cozy. I think the new management is doing a great job.

After we checked out the front desk called because they were not able to print a receipt. The let us know just how much would be deducted from our debit card.

I was very impressed with my recent stay at the Econo Lodge Jackson. I stayed only one night but would have liked to have stayed longer. The room was Wonderful. Hugh room, nice big bed, very comfortable indeed. Great shower lovely and hot. Nice balcony, free Internet, breakfast included. The breakfast was very nice, good variety and mix of food. All of this topped of by delightful and friendly staff. I was very impressed to say the least. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks to all for a lovely stay!!!

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I called out for nearly 10 minutes. Just as I was heading back to my car, a woman arrived in her pajamas(!) to tell me that someone was on their way to help me.
What can I say? This place was disgusting. Besides being extremely dated, it was filthy. The walls were smeared with dirt (or worse?). The carpet had clumps of dirt (or perhaps dog poo). The room smelled of mildew and smoke. The toiletries in the bathroom had been used.
There are a number of other hotels/motels closeby. Chose one of the others. Econo Lodge should be embarrassed.
