The hotel was nice and clean and I will definitely stay again. However, the staff is so cold and unfriendly that it is ridiculous. I don't think they mean any harm, but they need training in hospitality. When you approach the front desk, you get the cold stare. When you come in the front door--Nothing. They should say, "good evening, morning, etc." or maybe "Welcome to Holiday Inns" and maybe "I hope you enjoyed your stay!' Train your staff at this location please. Some people could misread their behavior as rude.

After driving for several hours. This was a great hotel. NO FUSS. Check in was extremely fast and efficient. Gave us a suite. Breakfast was very good and quick off on exit. Area offers some restaurants. But a great very clean hotel for a back on the road again. Stopover.

I've stayed here numerous times while in town on business. The property is located away from the main road so its quiet, and the hotel is very clean and modern. There's a variety of dining options within walking distance as well as a Walgreens. The Intenet connection was fast and reliable.

This is a newer inn. It is neat and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is nothing fancy here. It is just a good place to stay if you're out on the road looking for a quick stop, or happen to be spending a few days in Dyersburg.
