We ended up at the Crossville La Quinta by accident. We were supposed to stay at the La Quinta in Memphis while moving cross country, but due to unforseen circumstances, we were stuck in Crossville and were unable to drive the next 4-5 hours to Memphis. The La Quinta in Memphis still charged us for our room and didn't care what our circumstances were, but I know that this is their policy. They did refer us to the La Quinta in Crossville.
We were a little apprehensive about staying in such a small town. We needed some special accommodations, which would require bending the rules. (I don't want to state the special needs we had because I don't want to get management in trouble). We were worried we would have to hit the road again, but the manager listened, understood, and told us that he would help us out. Our check in was easy, even with our special needs. The room was a standard room and very clean. We didn't try out the internet and were too tired to try out the pool or hot tub. The hotel was very quiet and even though we were next to vending and the exterior door, we slept soundly all night.
