No complaints on the hotel overall, other than finding my reservation was a nightmare (partially my fault). After arriving to my room, however, there was no internet. I notified the front desk... he responded "I'll call the helpdesk and follow up with you after I hear something..." I waited about an hour, never heard anything back. So I stopped at the front desk on my way out for dinner, he tried to call them again.
I checked in after returning from dinner - still nothing. He said he would notify me as soon as he heard something... Needless to say, I woke the next morning and checked out... with NO word of response to my faulty internet. Very poor customer service, follow through, and loyalty. And this is while they were SLOW - meaning I was the ONLY car parked there.
