Room are clean and neat. Plumbing fixtures seem cheap and sometimes do not work well. I've stayed in this Jameson many times in the last 6 months. I like the breakfast area and offerings.

We stayed one night here on the way home from Thanksgiving vacation. The hotel is a little bit of a drive from I-65 but we had a discount certificate. The drive is about 10 minutes from the interstate. Jameson Inn is a typical budget hotel akin to Sleep Inn. The beds are doubles, not queens, Rooms are tiny. No closet; just an open clothes rod in the room. Room included a mini-frig and microwave. Clean and well maintained. Service was good. Right across the road from the local mall. An Applebee's is right next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was very good, the staff was very nice, But the rooms were so small and we were paying more than $100.00 per day. No amendities in the room such as coffee pot, refrigerator, etc. Tv was older model and had a volume problem, you could set the volume and within minutes it would either be very loud or you could hardly hear it. There was no note pad or pencil on the desk so that you could take notes, There was only one bottle of shampoo, that was it. Just not what you would expect for the rates being charged.

I would like to compliment the manager Allyson Trull and her staff Traci Spears and Carmela Sields at the Jameson Inn in Columbia Tennessee. Every 3 months I am a customer for a 3 night stay. I visit my mother who resides in an assisted living residence, and these visits will continue going forward on a regular basis. Allyson, Traci, and Carmela are extremely friendly and accommodating. I sincerely appreciate their courteous service and kindness shown to me during my stay in Columbia.
"Is there anything I can do for you?" is always their response-their customer service is exemplary. Thank you.
