“Great attitude, good in every category”

Took a girls' soccer team last weekend; staff was very courteous and accommodating, breakfast very good, property in great condition. looking forward to our next visit. Recommend highly.

“Great Hampton Inn”

Stayed here for the second time and I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and property. Rooms are clean and up to date.

“above and beyond staff”

Stayed for soccer tournament. The staff went above and beyond. They put motivational signs in the elevator and signs on the room doors. They asked how our games were going and thanked us for choosing to stay with them. The only "down side" is that it is close to rail road tracks and you can hear trains during the night.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review about our hotel. Your feedback is so important to us.

We are located just five minutes from our soccer complex and we have certainly fallen in love with our players over the years. We want you to have an experience like none you've ever had before when coming to Collierville,TN. Your positive encouragement is what really gives our team a charge!

We do apologize for the train disturbing you during this visit. Some of our guest request train side because they enjoy watching them and their sleep is uninterrupted by them. However, our guests who are light sleepers have found they are not distrubed by the trains on the backside of our hotel. I hope we can pre-assign your room to the backside of the hotel for your next visit to Collierville.

Thanks for choosing our hotel and we look forward to hosting your group again during your next tournament.

“Great place to stay”

This hotel and the staff were all very friendly the rooms were very clean and quiet .The breakfast was good free with the room plently of fresh coffee they even have fresh baked cookies at the front desk. It was really relaxing to stay here would look forward to staying here again

“Another Mike Rose Soccer Complex Tournament”

Stayed at this Hampton Inn during oldest daughter's soccer tournament. The hotel appears older. Staff was nice. Location is fine. Relatively close to complex. Close to places to eat. I recommend this hotel - but for a soccer tournament, I would stay at the Hampton Inn on Hacks Cross Road first.

I'm Tammy Piker, general manager at the Hampton Inn - Collierville, TN. Thank you for your positive feedback! I'm so glad that you enjoyed your visit during your daughter's soccer tournament. We are proud to be one of only 14 hotels on the Mike Rose Preferred Hotel list.

Our hotel has also been fully renovated since your visit in May. Our new owner, who purchased the hotel in May, has completed a full room renovation which now includes microwaves and refrigerators in all rooms. Our lobby and an addition of a Suite Shop has just been completed this month. We still have a few more updates to our fitness center and pool area that will be completed soon.

Thanks for staying with us and sharing your experience with this review. We hope to see you again for another soccer trip or get-away. We are centrally located among great restaurants, shopping, and not to far from ELVIS!
