This is the nastiest place that my family has ever stayed. The first room we stayed in was awful. The sink was stopped up and the sheets and comforter was nasty. My husband pulled the comforter down and th ere was something very nasty on it. I went to the front desk and told them and asked for our money back and it was not refundable. So they moved us to another room and it was bad also. THe light didn't work when you walked into the room. So we returned the key and left. The front desk attendant didn't seem to like the idea that we left.

I booked and prepaid a suite 2 months in advance thru Expedia - drove two days to get there - on arrival was told they didn't care if I had a reservation or not, they didn't have a room. I called Expedia on my cell and was put on hold while the rep called the desk clerk, who, as soon as the rep ID's herself, hung up on her. This put me in a bind $$wise, and if Expedia hadn't expedited my refund, four weary travelers would have been sleeping in the car!
It sounds good on the 'net - but avoid it like the plague!

The Motel looks great from the front and the hotel staff is friendly on check-in. They have a no refund policy which should have warned me to ask to see the room. After obtaining our key and driving around to the rear of the property and seeing the trash in the parking lot, i began to wonder. Traveling with a 5 year old is a challage for someone 66 and you want things to be healthy and safe. This room was full of broken furniture, peeling paint, dirty carpets and insects crawling everywhere. I wouldnt let a dog stay in that room let alone a five year old.
I went back to the office to complain and the friendly staff now took the attitude to bad, too sad, No Refunds.
I took the loss and moved on. People need to know that this is NOT the place to stay in Clarksville.

This has to be the nastiest, dirtiest, and filthiest hotel I have ever been in. I walked into the room and there was trash and garbage on the floor. I pullled down the sheets and found stains on the sheets, mattress and pillows. I pulled them down further and found a dead Roach. When I tried to get a refund the clerk stated that she was not able to give refunds and that she was not allowed to call the Owner or Manager. I would not reccomenend anyone to stay at this hotel. I don't see how the HEalth Department allows then to stay open. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Health Department. I din not stay in the room. I found another hotel.
