Not quite as nice as other Comfort Inns I've stayed in. The room had a bit of a locker room odor and the carpet was damp. Otherwise okay. Check in clerk seemed bored with her job, but check out clerk was very nice. Next time I would probably go to the Quality Inn across the street, but if they were full I'd stay here again.

We stopped here while on the road looking for a room, took there last king non-smoking room. check in was quick and easy, rooms were very clean. They advertised that rooms have been recently updated, and they have been. A very good hot breakfast is available as well.

My wife and I always rent a room for our wedding anniversary, so our 20th anniversary this year was no different. Except for the lack of cleanliness of our hotel room. This is how our stay started: Upon entering the room for the first time we noticed that the bed pillows were all piled in the middle of the bed - and none of them had pillow cases. We called and they sent someone right up for that.
Worse still was the very dead cricket in the middle of the floor on the tile in the area where the sinks were. There were also a few other big chunks of dirt or something in front of the small fridge. This lead me to think that the room had not been properly cleaned, if it had been cleaned at all. The carpet also looked as if it had not been vacummed, or again, not very well. The penny I found in plain sight may have been proof of that.
My wife and I set out to play some cards, but first we had to wipe down the small table as there was a layer of dust on most of the surfaces.
All of the above made my wife check the whirlpool bath tub before filling it. The feint of heart may not want to read this next sentence. She had to clean all of the pubic hairs and long hair out first. This prompted a call to the office where upon the desk clerk said she was very busy with several customers trying to check in - she would call our room back. When she did call back, she didn't sound the least shocked or simpathetic to our issues with the room. Her only option was that she would check us out for no charge.
Would I stay here again? Not on your life.

Think twice....or three times before wasting your money here. The chain is usually good for providing clean and comfy accomodations....but not in this location. Our rooms carpet was so filthy it left our feet and shoes BLACK! When I called the front desk I was told it was recently shampooed....which would account for the "wet" feeling....but shouldn't it be a clean wet???? Gross. And we were not able to change rooms according to the attendant. The breakfast bar in the morning was the cake topper. We sat at a sticky table....they were all that way.....with our scarcely filled plates...not much food available.....until I saw a cockroach in the corner of the room. It was then that we went to the front desk and told the woman of the bug, she didn't seem surprised at all and made no move to do anything about it. Needless to say, we ate elsewhere and will certainly not return here.
