This was a good hotel in a good location. The staff was really friendly and it stood out. The hotel is pretty and clean. No complaints and would stay here again.

Well appointed, very clean rooms, very friendly staff... went above and beyond to make our stay in Chattanooga great! Attendant offered and shuttled us over to our restaurant one night to keep us out of the rain... great service. Great location to get to all the major attractions.

I've been staying in this hotel since 1998 and the recent renovation and name change (it was a Clarion) have made it even better. It's a clean and safe property located downtown making it an easy walk for all the downtown attractions and restaurants.
The cheerful staff including valets, housekeeping and front desk, are proud of the hotel and act like they love their job and the property.
I ate in the restaurant (2nd floor) and also had room service and the food was excellent. I also visited the hotel bar to watch a football game and the service and atmosphere was top shelf.
Since I'm a member of this hotel brand, my room was located on a higher floor and was for hotel members. My room was very clean, brightly lit and the furniture and bed were brand new. The bathroom was sparkling and even though it did not have a bathtub (no problem for me), the shower was very large and had sliding glass doors.
Wireless Internet is free and you get bottles of water for free. In-room coffee is the Wolfgang Puck brand and on this members floor, your room comes with a microwave and mini-fridge.
The hotel staff speaks to you and treats you like special guests.
You will not be disappointed in this hotel, they have their act together.

Doubletree hotels have a very high standard across the Country. This hotel met and exceeded every standard and may have set some new ones. The hotel o's extremely cool Nd nip and modern. The rooms have awesome modern art, fluffy towels, and the best beds I have experienced. They provide crabtree and Evelyn bath products which is a winner. Showers have tile. I cannot say enoug about the hotel decorations. I believe this is a newer hotel which explains why it is so swanky. The lobby was beautiful. Wi fi was free. There was a cool bar on the second floor. You have to give this place a try. It is not the cheapest hotel in Chattanooga but you cam get a great rate if you plan ahead.
