Worst stay ever! No towels!! Said it would be 11 am before clean towels were available!!! When we complained to manager she offered a free night stay at any M6. She said she was out of free vouchers but would mail one. Lie, lie, lie!!!! I called her several times over the next few weeks. She would pretend not to know me at first. Then she would suddenly remember. She would promise to mail vouchers that day. Three times she promised. Nothing received. Lie!!!!!! Oh yeah, carpet was god-awful filthy!

Desk clerk had excellent customer service skills. So excellent, we expected the room to be the same. Room was not so clean. The carpet was extra filthy. The linen was so thin it was if we were sleeping on the mattress. I woke up the next morning to find that I had been bitten by a bed bug. My arm is still swollen from the bite. My son enjoyed the pool but over all I did not enjoy my stay. I will never visit another Motel 6.

Highly dangerous area. Terribly unsafe. Do not stay there unless you carry a gun, and I am NOT kidding.

I was evacuated from New Orleans in September 2005, due to Hurricane Katrina. Booked this motel thru Triple A and gave credit card number to confirm room. Paid cash upon arrival...left early next morning. The following week, I found that they had charged my credit card for 2 nights that I wasn't even there!! When I called and spoke to manager, he wouldn't even discuss it with me. I wrote to Motel 6 corporate offices and never got an answer. I will NEVER, EVER, stay at a Motel 6 or any of their partners again!!!
