We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Chattanooga as a stopover on our trip to Florida. The property is well kept, the staff is very helpful and the location is excellent. We were able to walk to attractions and restaurants which we always enjoy. The exercise equipment was first rate.
We would definitely stay at this property again if returning to Chattanooga.

On 7/16/11 we stopped at this Hampton Inn after a long exhausting drive and were elated to find one of the best of the many Hampton properties we have frequented. This is easy in and out from the interstate with valet parking that simplifies loading and unloading the car (at a charge). The hotel is essentially brand new having been open only 2 1/2 months when we resided there and the surroundings reflect that; decorated nicely, spotlessly clean, and a responsive staff. The sleeping rooms are more attractive than most Hamptons with a nice room divider that serves as a business center, the usual comfortable furniture, and the wonderful duvet-covered, pillow-covered bed that sleeps beautifully. The breakfast bar was well done with a good selection foods. This is definitely a keeper.

This has to be the finest Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed. Clean, attractively decorated, excellent staff, good breakfast bar, kept clean by the friendly breakfast staff.

Regarding the front desk staff, I forgot a notebook for my meeting the next day. I went looking for a place to buy one downtown, but it was rainy and dark and late so I gave up. When I returned, frustrated and wet, I asked the staff person at the front desk if they had a notebook (thinking they would say "no"). I was shocked when she reached under the counter and produced a notepad, she handed it to me and told me to keep it. Outstanding customer service!!

The ONLY problem with this hotel is the high cost. It was $152 per night with AAA discount. I am sure that they are priced according to the market, but it is high for a Hampton Inn.

Wonderful staff which graciously accommodated for a mishap on room availability. Casey and Heather were great at clearing this all up and ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious every morning and I was especially delighted when the breakfast staff saved a piece of coffee cake for me once they knew how great I though it was... thanks Katie ( I hope I got your name right):)
Great gym and beautiful outdoor area right on the hotel premises with indoor/outdoor pool and outdoor fireplace and fire pit! As the hotel was right in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, restaurants and tourist attractions were within close walking distance. Rooms were super comfortable and extremely well kept. I would definitely return to this beautifully decorated hotel, but mostly because the staff was so welcoming!
