My wife and I recently visited Chattanooga, and enjoyed out stay at the Residence Inn. Normally, we try not to stay at hotels with kitchenettes, but our stay here was wonderful. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was included in the morning, and they were hot with a nice variety of cereals, grains and fruit. The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to help us with directions and attractions. The hotel was close to everything, and having such a great room made out stay that much more enjoyable.

We family of 5 people 2 adults, a teenager son and two daughter 8 and 5 years old
checked in here on the 12 th of October nice persons in the recepstion told us all about the hotel and that they had free food(snack ) and drinks from Mon-Wens and we where welcome to join into that which we did , and got to talk with some nice people working there , nice food and some desserts aswell some strawberry cheesecake I think it was so this evening we didn´t have to go out for dinner, they have a big indoors swimming pool and a hottub which we all enjoyed very much in the two days we where there , they had a outside garden where there was a fireplace and got to learn to know some people working in the area , but living on hotel when they where there.
The room or rooms I should say was kitchen with all in it and a sofarollerbed and another room with two double bed suited us good since the teeanger got his own space in the extra kitchen/living room area , we used the time there to see Rock City and Inceliner and did some shopping at the mall in the area , also ate at Applebees the next day for dinner
Its a great hotel with friendly people and it was laided back in a quiter area

Room was clean and well appointed and was very nice. Reception was welcoming but have to say that we avoided breakfast as looked quite poor in comparison to the other places we stayed which offered an excellent free breakfast choice. But overall good.

Really a excellent place to visit and stay. A big group from Atlanta held our annually couples retreat there and the the conference room was set up to handle group very well. The banquet room and food was very good. The room looked like new we could small the new shower curtain when we enter the room. All the appliants appeared to be unused and very new. It is a very good place to get away for couples.
