This is not a fancy five star hotel. If you're looking for a romantic getaway or a fun family outing, this is not the hotel for you. If you are in town for business or in our case a volleyball tournament, it's the perfect place to stay. It's still new, so the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We requested more towels and they were there within minutes of hanging up the phone. I didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't speak for that, but there is a shopping center within walking distance that has a Longhorn, Qdoba Mexican, Panera, Cold Stone and a delicious cupcake shop. Overall, a great and affordable place to stay very close to Nashville.

Stayed at the hotel last week. Great rooms and great staff. Everything was brand new and fresh because the hotel just opened. The restaraunt was very good as well. I had the breakfast burrito and hash browns. Both were excellent and plenty enough for two.

The hotel is right off of I-65 and a short drive to downtown Nashville. Great location! Would definately stay there again.

I've been to Brentwood quite a few times over the past 6 months and tried various hotels with varying degrees of unhappiness. I was so glad to see that the Four Points was coming and got it booked for this week's trip. It's now my go-to place in Brentwood. Amazing staff, nicely furnished, incredibly comfortable beds (with the best pillows ever!). If you need to be in Brentwood definitely make this your base.

I fly to Nashville for business. The hotel you stay in has a direct impact on your attitude and effectiveness while you are here.

The staff at Four Points Sheraton have raised the bar on client based service. Since the hotel is only a few weeks old at this time, the rooms, carpet, amenities, etc are all state of the art and are obviously brand new. That wasn't what impressed me, I expected that.

It was the personal committment to an excellent stay... like the shuttle driver who offered to take one of my employees shopping for thngs she forgot to pack. Then the next night the shuttle took a group of us to explore the honky-tonks and downtown atmosphere. He gave us his phone number and said to call when we were ready to come back.

Or the bar/restaurant worker that was scheduled to close at 10pm yet got permission from her manager to stay open to accomodate a group of 4 that arrived late.

And everyone smiles at you, and is genuinely happy to make your stay memorable.
You can stay where you want, but for me in Nashville, its the Four Points!
