This property is under new ownership and I can truly say that they care about the hotel. The new owners are friendly and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. The hotel is being updated and you cant pass up on the great deal they offer. I would definatly stay at this hotel if I am ever in Spearfish again.

I was very pleased with our week end and the hotel,I under stand that the motel has new owner's. I was surprised after we check in about an hour later the phone rang it was the front desk asking if everything was satisfactory that call was nice to know they cared.the staff of this hotel were very pleasent to deal with , the pool and hot tub are awesome. I also had heard that the beds and linon's were new I am very impressed with the whole weekend and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We stayed here once five years ago and were not pleased. However; after reading the current reviews we decided to give it another try. The people at the front desk were very pleasant and the breakfast was good. However, the room had not changed since we stayed there before. Very small and mattresses that are too soft.

This was a very nice place to stay. The room was nice, the staff was more than willing to make our stay enjoyable, and the breakfast was great. It was the nicest place we stayed in the Black Hills, and also the cheapest place. We'll stay here our next trip to the Hills.
