Although it looks nice enough (in need of an update though), it has a strong mildew scent throughout the hotel. No breakfast is included, which was a disappointment.

We stayed here during a hunting weekend. The Holiday Inn was the biggest hotel in town, and the hotel looked clean from the outside, but the rooms were not in good condition. The housekeeping did not clean our rooms at all during our three day stay, even though we left a message with the front desk after the first day to do so. It is geared for business travelers with expense accounts. There was no free breakfast, not convenient to get to our room with our gear, and the room smelled old. There are better deals to be had. The price was higher than other places in town, but the service and amenities did not make it worth the money.

Very nice accomodations. Clean. Nice people.
Surprised no flat screen in a suite....but I think they're upgrading soon.
There is a shuttle from the airport that's not mentioned in literature (that I could find).

It was an ok place. Needs some updating. This is a large hotel. They put us in a room a long way from the front desk. We had to walk and walk not close to stairs or elevator. No free breakfasts. I think there are better places to stay in Spearfish.
