Hotel was outdated but it was under construction. Room were so-so and small but were still clean and serviceable. Staff was nice. Maybe after the remodel the rooms will feel brighter.

The only split level motel I have ever seen. Downstairs rooms dank and like a basement. Nice staff--they did move us to upstairs because of the damp room smell. Lots of stairs, very strange. Pool seemed clean. The town seemed kind of depressed and the hotel was under construction. Fine for one night, but stay upstairs.

traveled to stay one evening for school event - should have stayed at the hotel next door... room was musty smelling, old and dirty. We were on the "ground" floor, but seemed like we were in a basement. This was the first time to Huron - next visit we will stay elsewhere.

Found bed bugs crawling on bedding while laying in bed working on my computer (Room #260). Informed desk clerk and they moved me to Room 264. No more bugs but next morning drain in bath wouldn't drain when I showered. Found it coated in a mat of hair and gunk. Shower/bath obviously had not been properly cleaned. Based on bugs and filthy shower, I will NOT be staying at Super 8's any time soon.
PS - Hotel has changed complimentary breakfast and no longer serves their signature cinnamon rolls or biscuits and gravy.
Overall - VERY dissappointed with this hotel.
