To us .... Deadwood is all about the experience & the vibe ... We just visited the Deadwood Mountain Grand and were blown away by the entire experience ! ... The casino is an unbelievable combination of American history and brand new cutting edge gaming technology .... The staff is a ten and the food in the restaurant is exactly what we were hoping for quality and price wise ... we can't wait for their hotel to open in April ... great vibes for sure !

I came to the Deadwood Mountain Grand for the Bellamy Brothers concert. I had never been to the property before, it was beautiful. Such wonderful staff, they are fun and professional. I was sitting at a machine with my husband and stopped one of the employees and asked them how we could make a reservation for the hotel. The employee said you can make one right now, let me get a hotel agent for you. Not even 5 minutes later of the agents came to me directly at the machine and explained the hotel to me, including all the different room types. She took all my information, went into the back and a few minutes later came back and handed me my confirmation letter. The guest service agent was so nice and easy to talk to. I was sold on the property the minute they had someone personally help me with the reservation for my family's summer 2012 vacation. I can not wait to stay there! A very informative staff all around, I already feel the love.

I went to a recent concert at the Deadwood Mountain Grand (Chubby Checker) It was fabulous. The concerts are resonably priced (been to many that weren't). The staff @ Deadwood Mountain Grand treated us like royalty. So I called a couple of days later to book a room for Memorial Day Weekend, the telephone operator was the nicest most helpful girl I have been helped by in along while. They really set the bar for customer service. CAN'T WAIT TO VISIT AGAIN.....KUDOS DEADWOOD MOUNTAIN GRAND!!!!
