We have spent a night at the Deadwood Holiday Inn twice. The rooms are modern and updated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have a dog and they do allow pets. The rooms are quite so the pup can peacefully sleep while we are dining and gambling a block away. The HI is on the main street and in the middle of the casinos, no more than 2 blocks from any place you want to be. The only drawback is the breakfast area is also the lobby and is small. We can never get a table, but the food is traditional HI fare which is tasty.

Kristi and her staff made us very welcome. We will be back. Food was very good and fast even during busy hours. Gaming was way better than silverado. Thank you all so much. Our 11th anniversary was great. Ps. The room 384 was perfect and clean.

We stayed here during a recent road trip to Colorado. I would recommend this property.

The rooms are clean and we didn't experience any outside noise. The location is perfect. The breakfast is good. Not a lot of room to seat people in the lobby but you can go to the bar area of the casino which we didn't have to.

The one negative, is that you have to park in the city parking lot approximately 2 blocks away. This was OK for us but could be a factor for people with mobility issues.

Very clean hotel in downtown Deadwood. Free parking in the city parking garage. Nothing historic about the rooms if that is what you're looking for but a very nice hotel. Good breakfast and cool views of Main Street. I also won $50 bucks in the casino!
