Pros: clean rooms, nice pool/hot tub area, good breakfast
Cons: the gym: 2 out of 4 equipment pieces are broken (looks like they've been broken for quite some time), we were told by the front desk that the trolley comes every 30 minutes and goes through downtown. After waiting for 45 minutes we found out otherwise. Apparently it only comes every hour and isn't always on time. Not something to count on if you're meeting someone, hungry, or just want to get downtown in a reasonable amount of time. The blowdryer in the bathroom is poor at best and had a tendency to shut off without being able to turn it back on (this happened on all 3 days during our stay). Key card to open the outside doors didn't always work which isn't much fun when it's 10 degrees below but eventually the doors always did open.
