Pictures on line are misrepresent the actual facility. It is horrible. Grounds and common areas are poorly kept and dirty. Broken glass in grass around pool ares. Rooms smell. Stains on furniture. We checked in then checked out within the hour. Peepholes were painted over. Electronic keys did not work. Could not get back into room to get luggage. Took over a half an hour to get in room. Maintenance staff tried but had inadequate support from management. Exercise room not open - equipment in disrepair (over two months - told machines were broken when reservation was made and still were when checked in),

After reading all the reviews once we had already booked room I was a little nervous about staying at this hotel. We (my husband and I) were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and staff was kind. The housekeepers were the best. They seemed very willing to accommodate their guests. The internet was great-WORKED AMAZINGLY WELL!!! This is very important to me because I am an online graduate student and need my internet. The only complaint that I have is, my husband called for a wake up call and the evening desk clerk failed to request-we never received the wake up call and my husband was ultimately late for work. The hotel appears to be making some improvements.
