Front desk staff unprofessional & very rude.
Rooms very outdated & disgusting.
Would not stay here ever again or recommend it to anyone.

As a business owner and frequent traveler for the past 16 years, I have never had such harassment and loss due to an employee of a hotel.

Laura working the registration counter, falsely accused and harassed myself and two of my staff during our dinner. Then had police officers escort me out of the promotional event we had traveled to, causing great embarrassment and loss of 30 plus minutes of the event.

In regards to the officers request, I called for a police escort back to the Inn. Another 45 minutes lost.

Arriving back to the hotel, Laura screamed to the extent of the officer correcting her.

After speaking to the owners’ wife, the video surveillance I was threatened with during diner could not be retrieved nor verified that it ever existed.

I ask for a full refund on the two rooms reserved, with no compliance.

My party departed and found other accommodations.

I request proper repremention for those carrying your name and to prevent loss of more customers to your chain.

After my last experience of HJ (I waited 6 years before risking it again and then only after reading Trip Advisor reviews) I was a little concerned - until I arrived. Very nice clean safe hotel. Two frestaurants bext door. We tried FATZ, for the first time. It was also very good. Don't worry about this one. A very good stopover hotel.

The hotel exterior and lobby were both kinda dingy looking, but not bad. It seemed more out of date than anything. The room was also dingy. In addition to being out of date, the furniture was banged up, there was a chipped dresser and broken handle on the closed door, etc.. The bathroom had old corian counters. I did not see anything dirty (but the carpet was a dark pattern, so stains would not show up.) BUT, I did wake up the next morning with some bites. Its possible I got bug bites before arriving at the hotel, since I had gone on a nature walk, but I couldn't help but wonder if I got bit there? There was a good restaurant next door that was convenient.
