This place is awful, arrived at 10:30 at nite were shown three rooms all rooms were not cleaned yet. Finally took a room because we had small children with us who were sleeping. A couple of days later recived a $50 charge on my account, do not know what it was for, have called hotel 3 times asked for manager Diane Wile who was supposed to call me back still 7 days later has not called me back. Every time I call they give me a run around they DO NOT CARE about their customers.

Granted we had one of their less expensive rooms but:
[A] there was a smell of insecticide in the room when we first came in. (We found a dying bug on the bathroom floor.)
[B] there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee.
[C] the soap bar was smashed into small pieces (they replaced this for us).
[D] the toilet rocked on the floor (it was loose) and
[E] the curtains didn’t close completely so there was light in the room all night.

On the positive side, this was one of the better breakfasts we have had while on the road.

We checked in pretty late, but it was smooth and the staff was nice. The room was clean. We were excited to get a jacuzzi in our room, and since it was late planned on getting up early, working out in the exercise room and relaxing in the jacuzzi after. We got up early, but the treadmill was broken, and so was the jacuzzi. So we ate our breakfast, which was pretty good, if average, and left.

We stayed here on the way to and from Orlando. The hotel is right off 95. The staff (espcially GM Diane Wiles) were very helpful in selecting resturants and golf courses.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfeast is great and the price is affordable.
