Wyndham Ocean Boulevard is a beautifully maintianed resort with all the amenities. Because it is off off season, the staff has been very nice and helpful. Without the crazy summer crowds the place feels less cramped - except for the parking garage which has always been a nightmare.
We booked here on an RCI exchange so we were assigned a condo in Tower 4 across the street (as all RCI exchanges are). However, the front desk was very hepful and gave us a huge double upgrade to an oceanfront 3 BR condo. The lady at the front desk looked hard to find an available unit and seemed very pleased that she could accomodate us.
The condo has everything you could need.
The nearby Kroger supermarket is open 24/7, so that enabled us to stock up on food for breakfast and lunches. Important since the snack bar on site is closed and the restaurants nearby on Main St. do not offer a great choice. .

We had a terrific stay at this place. It was so clean and modern, bright and spacious and very well-equipped. We stayed a week and tried to extend our stay but were unable to swing it, much to our disappointment. The condo was beautiful and had everything there you could possibly want. The beach was very clean and a quick trip to Wal-Mart kitted out kids out with all the sandcastle-making tools they could possibly desire. We went to Alligator Adventure nearby and our 4 year old son got to hold a baby alligator (that picture alone was worth the trip!). The only thing we worried about with the kids (4 and 2) was the balcony so we just didn't open the door to it at all and never let on to the kids that that was a possibility. The pools were all lovely as well, but the appeal of the beach meant we spent very little time in them. We will definitely be back.

Nice place with great views of the beach. Great ammenities. Only downside was the fact that they try to lure you into the timeshare deal. I was NOT interested in that and when I explained that they got a little ugly. They wasted three hours of my vacation to allow me be let go from the timeshare BS. I felt like I was walking on to a new car lot and the salesmen were just as bad. So beware before staying here, there are some surprises like this in store for you.

It was still a bit cold when we traveled here but we recieved a great deal on a 2 bedroom suite. The location is alright, you are close to a few good restaurants but about a 20 minute drive to all of the attractions of Myrtle. The beach was very nice while we were there and we enjoyed both of the pools.
