Lets see where shall i start...hmmm...well when we got there my grandmother and mother looked at it and they thought it was nice...but wait there is more...we went inside the registration office and got the keys. It was on the 6th floor, that was ok at the time. We went to look for a rolling cart to put our luggage on and hang the clothes up, but there were none, that was a little pain, but it was ok at that time. We went to the elevator on the Sea Shore side and got in and i thought i was going to vomit...blahhh...i think someone delibritly urinated in the elevator and the elevator only went to the 5th floor and we had to drag the luggage up 2 flights of stairs, and my mother was not able to do that, so i went back and helped her. We opened the door to the room, and it was not the room we had reserved and there was no refrigarator in the room and our food almost spolied; the furniture was worn and tore and the air conditioner didn't work half the time and the bathroom sink had some sort of nasty yellow stuff on it and it was cramped!!! We had to tell the front desk about it and a guy up there didn't seem to care about it, but some of the employees there cared a little. They said to hold out for that night and they would get us a better room and the one that we were supposed to have, and they did. Well, we got to that one and it was better, but the air conditioner there was broke, so they had to get another one. We didn't have housekeeping for 2 days and we were out of toilet paper and washclothes and towels. We asked if someone would help us, and my grandmother asked one of the ladies doing housekeeping to please get us some stuff for the room and she said, "Well, what do you need done?" (We could tell she was in a bad mood but my mother did not care) Can that woman be that stupid and not know that we have not had housekeeping for 2 days?! Before that, we had problems with the card key entry to our room, because, it would read on and not the other and vise versa! Had to get a guy to put a new one in and he kindly did. I went up to the front desk and that one guy was up there and i kindly asked him to reset the room keys and i heard him under his breath say, "Oh my God, i am fed up with these people." I didn't say anything, but I said, "Thank you", and he just nodded. Also, they were supposed to tear down this hotel, and i think they are just going to get all the money they can and sucker people to stay here and then probably in November, someone in staff said, they are going to tear it down. So please heed my advice, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND SANITY to stay here! I am a nice guy but I am fed up with this hotel!!!
