The rates are good, but the staff that cleans up the rooms are not honest. When a child places her MP3 player in the nightstand next to the bed and expects it to be there and it is gone and no one owns up to the missing object that costs over $100, then there is definitely a problem. Especially when it is sitting right next to the BIBLE. You can't trust the housekeepers.

We stayed at the Cherrytree for three nights,loved it.A moms and pops surviving amongst the high risers and holding its own.A throw back to the family motels we stayed in on family vacations in the 60s.Inside was clean and comfortable.Maid service was great. Bathroom light was fixed without asking thanks to alert maid.One of the best we have stayed in.---Mecca motel in manitou springs Co. and Apache in moab Ut. are also great places to stay.----dwain tollie

Home town atmosphere at an affordable price. I love this old place! I have been coming here for several years. It may not be as posh and polished as the high end resorts, but it certainly makes up for it in comfort, price, and charm. The Cherry Tree Inn is like an old friend. I will be back next year.

This is the fifth year that I have stayed in this hotel. I am never disappointed!!! It's not a five star hotel, but the location, service, and price makes it a 5 star hotel to me. Leslie and Susie will try to make every effort to make your stay an enjoyable experience. And housekeeping takes care of everything for you. All you have to do is ask. Some of the rooms have a full kitchen, which I take full advantage. It is very quiet where the hotel is located. I know that I will stay there every single time I go to the beach!!! Cherry Tree comes highly recommended by my family. The perfect fit for our time away from home. The stay was very pleasant. The facility was clean and homey. The staff was knowledgeable and outgoing. We will definately stay again.
