I went to reserve my room on a thursday night for Fri. and Sat. night stay. My husband and I went and looked at a room with a queen sized bed, sleeper sofa, and kitchen. The room was very nice and so we reserved it........Upon checking in on Fri. we entered a room that was not the one we previewed the night before. It had 2 dbl beds, an old 19inch t.v., furniture outdated, smelled very bad, and was extremely dirty...Left to go get cleaning supplies and groceries and couldn't get back in b/c keys wouldn't work..went to front desk 6 times before being able to get in room....while trying to figure out what was the problem the general manager was very unconcerned, rude, and disrespectful about the situation (being put in the wrong rm and keys not working). I figured he would be being that I interupted him watching the Casey Anthony trial on t.v..... was told TO GET A REFUND AND LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!! instead of him trying to correct the issue. NASTY! NASTY! NASTY! PLS DON'T STAY HERE MANAGEMENT VERY RUDE!!!!!

If your looking for comfort this is not the place for you!! The bed was like sleeping on a rock!!! Asked for pillows to try to make it a little more comfortable, never received asked the front desk, housekeeping, never came us any pillows. Finally that night went back to front desk and they said they had no pillows. Ok!! I believe that!! Will NEVER stay here again!!!

Went here on a family vacation my sister booked it through book it.com thinking this would be a nice place for the price because it was not that cheap .. First of all staff was very rude when we got there and realized this was not what we thought and asked for a refund (no refund) they said and was forced to stay went into thie room there was a bootleg lock on top of the door key kept getting stuck ...smelled awfull mildew in the air on the sheets was stains we had to sleep in our clothes.. microwave rusted out.. .furniture dated from 1975..I called down for more towels after our shower from the beach staff told us in order to get new towels you willl have to bring old ones down & They counted each one no more than 4 at a time 2 small 2 big ones.Bathroom dirty.. pool with oil residue floating at the top.Just don`t waist your time or money go next door found out they were the same prices as we paid maybe a few dollars more.But much nicer with 10& 15 pools .... Oh & Manager told us thats the perks of staying there you can use the other hotels amenties for a cheaper price and your right on the beach lol!Haha...What a joke..

To start, I wanted to surprise my husband with a father's day trip to the beach. I booked this even after all of the bad reviews. Well when we got there the place wasnt as bad as expected but still pretty bad. You do get what you pay for. We rented an oceanfront efficiency with a kichen.

The door was a slab of wood with a doorknob, my 20 month old could open the door if that tells you anything.

They count the towels you give them before they give you new clean ones which i dont feel they were clean. they stunk.
The pool was closed while we were there. they opened it the last day and it was still dirty and very cloudy. I didnt trust it.
The tub looked like it had a hole in it a one point and had been patched up very badly. also looked like it hasnt been cleaned in 6 months or more.
Sheets and blankets were dirty.
Very slow elevator.

Suggestions
Take you own sheets, blankets, and pillows and towels.
bring your own dishes and cookware.
