My wife and I stayed in a one-bedroom we exchanged for through RCI for one week starting with the Labor day weekend. This was the end of the high season in Myrtle Beach, but that was nice as the beach and restaurants were less crowded after the holiday.
The property is older but the rooms are recently renovated. The kitchen was very well appointed with new appliances, the bed comfortable, although the bathroom offered very little counter space to work with. Although a one-bedroom, there was also a little nook with bunk beds which would be fine for small children, but for us: it served as a great place to store suitcases, golf clubs, and beach stuff.
The location is perfect. The beach is amazing and easily accessible directly from the resort. Also, a short walk to the central boardwalk area. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. But we definitely used our car almost every day. Broadway at the beach is only a couple blocks away.
The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. No issues with parking - there was ample space directly across the street.
Our one-bedroom had a side view offering a partial view of the ocean. Was not a problem as I knew in advance that was what I booked, but next time I'd book the rooms with a full ocean front view. The view of the grand strand is amazing. This resort is worth a return visit.
