Hotel was nice and clean. My only problem is that you have to park across the street; and of course we arrived in pouring down rain!!!

Unprofessional staff, less then average place, they did give our reserved room to some one else and they didn't even offer an alternative. if you complained they provide the manager phone number. of course he is not available to talk to you.

if your goal is to spend a nice get away vacation then avoid this place, if they are busy they will treat you badly and will not honor their reservations. I stayed at the next door hotel Sandy Beach, it was 25% cheaper, the place was clean and the staff was professional. My family enjoyed the vacation after such a bad experience at this place.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, all are ocean front...nice view! Our room was nice, but not fancy and a bit beat up. The "lounge" was a joke, the pools were okay, just an average on the beach place...for Myrtle I would say it was a convenient location!

I was also fraudulently charged by Ocean's One staff for allegedly smoking in the room / balcony which was totally false. The cost of $250.00 was charged to my American Express card which the staff hid from me until I went on line and discovered it after arriving home. When I called and questioned the staff they just gave me the old "there's nothing I can do about you will have to speak to"... sending me further up the chain of command to the Manager who did not even have the decency to return my calls. I think they supplement the discounted prices by fraudulently charging your credit cards to make up the difference. If ever there was a "do nothing" staff and a "spineless" Manager this place has it. Avoid it like the plague unless your ready to pay $250.00 more then quoted for your stay
