We truly enjoyed renting from Pam Harrington Exclusives! Our first rental was through Kiawah Island Getaways and that was a complete disaster! KI Getaways were very much more expensive and not as clean as they advertise. I did not like that KI Getaways make you, the guest, do work! Yes, you must not only strip the beds, but put the linens & dirty towels next to the washer and START a load of towels before you go. There is also no one local from KI Getaways to help if there are issues during your stay (they are located in Charleston, SC). Our experience with Pam Harrington was very much different - they were so friendly! Pam Harrington Exclusives have an easier rental agreement & more manageable payment due dates. I can see by the previous reviews that Pam Harrington Exclusives is a good company to work with & I must agree!

We had a beautiful 3 bedroom unit, with master bed/bath on the 2nd floor. Pam Harrington's staff were extremely informative, helping me select a unit that would best suit our needs. The unit was very spacious, immaculately clean, with 2 separate porches for relaxing (one of which was screened in and had a table and chairs for dining), had an updated kitchen with everything you could possible want for cooking, and whole unit was beautifully decorated. Sand chairs were even provided (and much appreciated). I can't think of a single thing the unit lacked.

We had a wonderful vacation, in large part due to how comfortable and well appointed the unit was. The beach and Sanctuary were within an easy walk. Don't miss renting kayaks - we saw dolphins and sea turtles! And, a HUGE plus, Charleston is an easy drive.

Loved loved loved this place! Contrary to other reviews of this villa, it DOES have wifi! My teenagers were ecstatic! Neat as a pin, and upon booking, was a little disappointed it was not on the beach, but it took us maybe 10 min to ride our bikes to the ocean. Overlooked a lagoon where we watched an alligator float by every morning! Very peaceful! Highly recommend! Sooooooooooooooooooo happy we found this place!

I reserved a beach side villa through Pam Harrington Exclusives about 10 months prior to our stay. Let me say that the villa was really wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of our week on Kiawah Island, and the villa we stayed in really helped make the vacation. The villa was just a few steps away from the beach. It was clean, comfortable, surprisingly well equipped, and the decor was just perfect for a beach home. We had wonderful views and enjoyed the ocean breeze every morning and evening from the 2nd story screened in porch. I wish I was still there. We had two minor issues with the rental while there, and someone appeared within 24 hours each time to repair the problem. We also received a call from Pam Harrington 2 days prior to our departure to discuss what time we would be leaving, but also to make sure we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the rental property. I appreciated that effort to make sure we were happy with the rental and with our trip.

The reason I am not giving an Excellent rating is strictly due to the communication prior to our vacation. The gentleman who was coordinating the reservation process was not helpful when questions were asked (and there weren't many questions that I even asked) and was not informative at all. In the email which I sent my final payment, I made the request to him for the keys and car passes to be mailed to my brother who was also staying in the home, and everything was mailed to me (which I then had to mail to my brother) and I never received any response to my request at all. His other responses were very short and curt, and I almost cancelled the reservation due to his lack of customer service. It concerned me as to what we might encounter once we were in the rental home if we did experience any issues. Fortunately, I stayed with this rental and our experience on Kiawah Island was great.
