“Absolutely terrible!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 September 2010

The room was dirty, food under the mattresses, insects in the bathroom. I arrived late - after the front desk attendant had left - so I only stayed one night. No one would return my calls the next day, so I went back to request a refund face to face and was denied. No one at the 800 customer service number has ever returned my calls. Only stayed one night and paid for seven. DO NOT stay at this location.

“Horrible Place to Stay”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 March 2010

The internet is extraordinary slow, actually most of the time it does not work at...It works only at 3am in the morning when nobody else is using it. They say it "Free High Speed" but it is ten times worse than dial up. I have to buy my own 3G broadband ($60 per month) so I can use internet…stay away from this hotel if you have a computer.

“Very Good place”

I've lived here for over 6 yrs there are others here for upto 11yrs of stay and are continuing thier stay. the rooms are single rooms with speerate bath usually containing only 1 bed unless you opt for a larger one with a queen or 2 double beds. You recieve weekly house keeping, which in my opion is great since I know there is only 1 day per week someone will enter my room for most part. They come with a full size fridge not the extra small desktop fridges that most have. You get a microwave, while not the newest model out still works good, a 2 burner stove that has a safety feature that ive never seen before, which is there is a small timer on wall which when runs out will automatically shut off eyes so you dont burn room down. The maint person leave you wanting someone better though. The Courtesy officer aka security guard is limited too much at times in handling matters also. for those of you lookinng for a reasonable place to stay without the druggies and bums hanging outside your rooms or looking for handouts every 5 secs. this is a very good place to stay.

“Avoid this one!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 June 2009

This is quite possibly one of the worst places ever.

My husband and I have been living here for quite some time, and if we could afford to pick up and move we'd have been gone long ago.

The bed in our room has springs poking through the top of the mattress which they have yet to replace (though we've been asking them to for 3 months), the smoke detector doesn't work (it hasn't since January), there are gaps under the door jamb in our bathroom where cockroaches crawl out of (and we can't get them to caulk it up). That's just to name a few of the problems we've experienced here.

The only real amenities they offer are high speed internet, which is so slow that you'd be better off using dialup half the time, and an on-site laundry room in which the machines are out of order more often then not.

Overall, the only thing this place is interested in is taking your money. Heaven forbid you actually expect to receive anything that you're paying for.

“It was OK”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 October 2008

I stayed here for 2 weeks while looking for an apartment to rent. It is definitely a cheap alternative to a hotel. The room was pretty small, although it did have a kitchenette, full fridge/freezer, stove, etc. The rooms reek of smoke, and my clothes that I brought in the room now stink, actually everything does. But for 169 a week you cant really beat it.
