We arrived 1 hours PAST CHECK IN and our room had NOT been cleaned. All dirity linens were piled on the bed, NO clean towels or bathroom. I had called 3 WEEKS ahead and booked 2 rooms (I asked for ajoining but was told none were available but I was told that we would be on the same floor close to each other). I spoke directly with the hotel to insure correct rooms and availablitiy. When were arrirved I learned that they had given one of my rooms to my brother so I only had 1 room. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done for the inconvienence. My brother was told were would not be charged for the room, but I was charged the full amount. NEVER recieved an apology from the hotel and Best Western customer service pretty said said "sorry, each hotel is respondsible for their own problems, but thanks for reporting it". What good is customer service if you don't get any??? Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and would not recommend it to anyone. Staff was VERY rude. Guess they don't like getting called on the mistakes. HATED IT!!!!
