We checked in super late and the man who checked us in was very nice. The room was quiet and the pillows and bed very comfortable.
The room was clean and the maids were considerate. We had fun in the pool. I had waffles the next morning. The location was great! It was right off of I-95. Overall it was a great stay! B.J.S.
I should have taken the hint when the check-in was done through a window and teller-style port from the outside of the building at 10:15 p.m. The first room I was given looked clean but the deodorizer that was used was so overpowering that it was difficult to breathe. Also the toilet seat was broken clean through on one side. I complained and was placed into the room next door. The door/ frame looked like it had been forcibly entered. The door jamb was so far away from the door that you could see all the way through to the outside. I could have opened the door with my pocket knife. When I went to call the front desk to lodge another complaint the phone did not work until I assembled it. I checked right back out and went to another hotel.
Check in was swift and polite. The room was spacious and clean. But it was the bed and pillows that really sold me. After a very long drive I fell into bed exhausted and found the softest most delightful mattress and pillows I had experienced in quite some time. I travel I95 frequently and from now on I will select this hotel for my refreshing experience off the interstate.
