Nothing fancy here but a nice touch. Very clean rooms, nice amenties, fridge and microwave. We will def be back many times.

.....but don't be fooled by the promo photo, its a main road (not too busy though!), not a car park in the foregound! We really liked Beaufort, its a real charmer. The high street (2 mins walk) is full of interesting shops and eateries (don't miss Luthers Pharmacy - great atmosphere, music and good food). The Sea Island Inn is a motel style hotel (room door opening on to porch) located just across the road from the waterfront and marina. It has large well appointed and clean rooms plus a small private pool. Breakfast was quite good and plentiful. The staff were helpful. Overall it was a good standard of accommodation and was good value for money. Location was excellent. We enjoyed the sunset dolphin cruise (just managed to see one!) and Hunting Island reserve was a real treat (natural maritime forest)

Just stayed 3 nites at this really pleasant facility. Very comfortable room (bed was great), spotless, roomy for the two of us. Complimentary breakfast room was also very nicely appointed and food was good. Outdoor tables looking out onto Bay St and the water directly across, fantastic. Ideal place to stay if you want to see beautiful Beaufort SC. Had several interactions with office staff and each one was pleasant and accommodating. Will be our go-to place for future visits to the area.

We have stayed here many times and keep coming back again and again when we are in this area. This property is exceptional in its location, amenities, food service, rooms, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and cleanliness of the entire facility. Every dollar spent is worth every cent. Highly recommend.
