Our stay in Warwick, and the 3 Royal Waterfront Suites was average all around. The accommodations were sufficient. The Inn Keepers were very nice and very informative. The area, town wise, was kind of disappointing. The restaurants nearby were limited. We should have selected a more coastal location.

View from the balcony is just beautiful. We stayed in the King Suite for 2 nights, Sept. 2011, there was plenty of room, the bed was very, very comfortable. Loved that breakfast was brought up to our room at the time we chose, and we were able to get our coffee earlier. Daniesh was very sweet, and a good baker :) Nice, quiet, peaceful place to stay! We would definitely go back.

3 Royal Waterfront Suites was the perfect home away from home for five wonderful nights because of Daneish, the owner. She takes great pride in her bed and breakfast and goes out of her way to make your stay a memorable one. We were in Rhode Island to attend my Goddaughter’s wedding in North Kingstown, visit family and friends, and do some sightseeing and antique shopping. My husband and I stayed in the King Suite and my daughter and her fiancé stayed across the hall in the Queen Suite. We had the whole floor to ourselves! Each suite had a large bedroom, separate sitting room, and bathroom. My husband is 6’8”, so a very comfortable king bed and a shower that accommodates his height are always high on his priority list. We were both very pleased with the bed and shower in the King Suite. The Queen Suite has a tub and shower. The suites were air-conditioned, which made our stay in August very comfortable. Parking is off the street in front of the bed and breakfast and the area is safe. The views of Narragansett Bay from the bedroom and private balcony are spectacular. Each morning we were greeted with an incredible sunrise without even having to get out of bed! The made to order breakfasts brought to our room were incredible. It was hard to say no to all that was offered! Daneish would set our breakfasts up either on the balcony or in one of our rooms so that our family could eat together which was a nice way to start the day. We took the Fast Ferry from Quonset Point, RI to Martha’s Vineyard for a day trip. We had to leave early, so Daneish packed us individualized “to go” breakfasts. Each day whether we came home at 3 in the afternoon or at midnight, fresh homemade cookies would be waiting for us. Daneish is very thoughtful when it comes to the needs of her guests. She helped us with information on antique shopping, restaurant recommendations, sightseeing trips. She gives you lots of privacy, yet if there is something you need, she is there for you. We sure missed Daneish after we left the B&B. I would highly recommend 3 Royal whether you are traveling for business, pleasure, or just need to rejuvenate.

What a wonderful place! The views at night from our deck ....the moonlight over the bay....our stay was unforgettable...Daniesh was such a wonderful host...kind and considerate ...she made us feel like family...what a wonderful cook...everything homemade and we were given a choice of breakfast ...Made to our taste...She made us feel so welcomed. Our room was so comfortable and having the ability to walk out onto our deck and sit by the water in privacy was all anyone could ask. It was paradise and we will be back soon...Its nice to shut the world out sometimes and 3 Royal Waterfront is the place to do it. We highly recommend it to everyone!! Cant wait to go back...
