Stayed here recently on a Friday night, no issues whatsoever.

The hotel is right off the Turnpike, about 1 minute from the toll gate. It's nothing fancy, but exactly what you would expect of a typical Hampton Inn. However there is no pool. Breakfast is great and free, 6-10AM. The staff was very nice and friendly, we had no issues.

The wifi was very fast, I was able to stream video on it with only one pause. Our room had a nice 32'' LCD HDTV with a VERY impressive list of HD channels, probably almost 30 channels which is very good for a hotel. We also had a good sized fridge/microwave combination which was great. HVAC unit was an older style/non-thermostat with controls on the unit but it worked fine. Our bathroom did not have a tub, only a shower with glass doors, that was somewhat unusual. I'm not sure if that is just certain rooms or what. Comfy bed. Lastly, everything was clean.

There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive or so, there isn't a typical chain right next door.

Don't hesitate to book a room here, you shouldn't have any issues.

This is a typical Hampton Inn, a bit on the older side, but well kept and clean. Comfortable bed, clean room, good wireless speed, there isn't too much more you need. The property is located right off the PA turnpike and provides easy access to many locations. The staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. There was a strange buzzing noise that could be heard when the television was turned off, but nothing to keep me from sleeping. Would stay here again if I need a room in the area.

We have stayed in all three hotels at the Willow Grove exit of the PA Turnpike. All are OK. We are normally Marriott people, but we stayed here for two reasons - the Marriotts were full or VERY expensive, and the Hampton Inn had a room at a more reasonable price. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was VERY nice. The local Courtyard does not include breakfast, and the Springhill Suites does, but the included breakfast at the Hampton was the best we'd seen in ages. Hot foods along with the usual waffles and cereal made for a satisfying and filling breakfast. The only thing really different is the Hampton Inn does not have a pool or jacuzzi. The latter would make it perfect.

Typical Hampton with good-sized free breakfast, "business center" in lobby (read: one computer with a printer), and plenty of parking. My room was clean and had a flat-screen TV that I could rotate to watch from either bed. The location is very convenient to the turnpike (Rt 276) and the Willow Grove Mall. The main issues were that the toilet ran constantly, the fluorescent lights in the bathroom were loud, and there were no convenient outlets near either bed. These are certainly not major problems and aren't going to prevent me from staying there again - just minor inconveniences hence the average rating.
